I never had this issue with any other cpa company, they were always willing to go the extra length to issue my payments, even if I was under their threshold.

I have stopped using content lockers all-together and with leadbolt, I have been just .12 cents short of their threshold ($100) for a couple of months. I contacted support to see if I can still get paid and this is what they basically said.

"we cant issue your payment because we have checks in our system that prevent this from happening. But since all of our offers pay over $0.12, you can just put our widget on a page that gets traffic."

seriously?

Maybe CPA Networks are different but no programs that I use would give the payout either.

A minimum threshhold is just that

Go to the library and fill out an offer with fake info

then get paid

imho you shouldn't blame them, when you were signing up you knew they wont pay you unless you have $100.00 or above, and I believe you agreed to these terms.
get 1 lead and you'll be fine, it's easy.

If you go to the store and try to buy something for $3.99 and you have $3.87, are they supposed to let you not pay the full amount as well since it is only $0.12?

actually it makes perfect sense.
quit crying about .12 cents and fill out the offer yourself or click onthe widget whatever it is.

Sometimes the easiest way to get shit done is by following the damn rules, they are not the only company with a 100 threshold, if you want to get to the big leagues your gonna have to get over worrying about the little shit like this.

im just more frustrated that they blame it on these 'system checks' which prevent me from getting paid out. We all know it can be over-ridden.

I guess your right. It is just going to be more of a hassle now since I have to create a site, get it approved for the content locker and then send traffic to it. My original sites with them are now deleted because they were "copyright", even though I did not host or link to any tv shows, it was only an information site.

your analogy does not even relate to the situation here
Sure it does. Not my fault if you are simple-minded. The principle at work here is one of rules and regulation.

A store has rules stating that the products on the shelf must be paid for in full; no $0.12 discounts are given, and you would not expect a $0.12 discount just because you didn't have the money.

Your CPA has rules stating that no money is given out until you reach $100; you don't run the company and thus do not know the reasoning behind it; no $0.12 lenience is given, and you should not expect them to overlook $0.12 because you were not able to generate the minimum commission.

In both of these situations, you are asking a company to violate their own policy, which is illogical and disrespectful given that the policies are in place for a reason, less they wouldn't exist in the first place.

So yes, I think my analogy does very much pertain to your situation.

Im not going to argue over this. Yes, you are correct in aspect to the TOS and Policy Agreements. But your analogy of buying a product from a store to earning money through a CPA company is way off.

Thanks to those offering to fill in an offer. I will have to build a new site since they claim all my existing ones fall under their 'copyright' category

Maybe you can try using Web 2.0 properties such as Squidoo, Hubpages etc.? Or you can create a sub-domain on your existing site and install a new Wordpress theme.

We have systems at upload pay that do the exact same thing. I can not physically make a payment to you unless you have made the payment threshold.

BH way to get others to fill out CPA offers... complain about being .12 under the payment threshold, get others to volunteer to help and bank.

I'll have that ebook available in just a few hours for 7.00 so if you want a copy look for the BST shortly.
