Hello Guys and Gals, If You are a Freelancer then you should read this entire post very carefully So here is my story about Getafreelancer.com and Fucking GayPal. However my amount is not that big it is just $200 but it can be $10000 for you if you are a provider at GAF. One shitty guy posted a project on GAF to make a VCC worth $100. I have placed a bid worth $200 there. The shitty guy selected me and paid me $200 via GAF. I have selected a VCC provider from BHW-> "chiky_cin" and paid him $100+ $43 (his VCC fee) via moneybookers. Now today morning my GAF account charged back of $200 bcz the shitty guys fund was shady. I hope you understand now. It is a pure case of scam with me. It seems someone hacked someones paypal and I need to pay for that. Please help me. You people were very helping but don't know why now we providers didn't get any help regarding such issues. Even your 7.5 rules didn't describes clearly. GAF charges $12 each month why we are paying these fees? if GAF can't offer us robust payment gateway? This is really very embarrassing for me. If a PayPal account owner will file a dispute to PayPal and wants his funds to be recovered we cannot do anything about it since it is PayPal who transferred the funds to GAF and since we only act as a venue for freelancers, the money deposited can also be claimed back by PayPal should the depositor require it. --- Kind regards, GAF Support dhpd22 Posted On: 11 Oct 2009 8:39 PM Hello Support, So it means every buyer who submit their funds via Pyapal can claim and charge back any amount. If the original buyer has charged back then why he ripped me off by $143 to provide him a Virtual Credit Card? I provided him VCC worth of $143. Does it seems fair to you? I provided him paid moeny from my pocket to provide him VCC and then he just simply charged back his account and now I am ripped off..... it is that simple? Is there no way that you people can contact paypal and provide them the truth about this transaction? I have all the proofs where he spend that money or VCC. I want you to either fire a case on Paypal to claim the money which I have lost or tell me the original users email address.. This is also included in our Terms of Service. Please understand that not all members are not as honest and reliable as you are, we as a company also suffer loss from chargebacks from these fraudulent member activities. Both of us has lost in this matter. Please try to be more careful the next time you engage a Buyer or a Provider. You can also file a case to PayPal directly since you have all the proof that you will need for your payment claims, PayPal will consider our dispute as irrelevant since we are not your legal adviser nor act as your lawyer or guarantor. I agree you are not my lawyer but still how wold I claim Paypal about this transaction? As I don't even know his Paypal ID.. I don't know his Original email ID. bcz he used some spam mail ID at hxxp://ww.mailinator.com/. (I suggest you to please black list this email ID. If someone want to signup then you should block him) I want you to provide me his Paypal ID as you have it in your records+ the paypal transaction ID for this amount. So I can claim to paypal about this case. I know you can't ruin your relations with paypal for just my case. and even I know there are many providers who suffered this earlier.
