    GSP YEAH!!!!!!

    ... um...

    *blinks*

Silva is good. But Griffin was also a total joke.

And Hendricks... wtf... was he a mismatch w/ sadollah.. I didn't get what happened there. It ended so quick.

With Hendricks, the ref was a fucking moron. He called it off too early, because sadollah was actually getting up, but "he wasn't defending himself intelligently" which is the classic bullshit answer.

Griffin got fucked up because Sylva just analyzes him, and sees he's vuln when he throws right punches. So he just tapped his jaw and got fucked up.

Hendricks/Sodallah - we were all robbed. Griffin - WTF??? Run Forest - Run. Why did he run off like a little bitch? Yes he was put to shame, but handle it like a man! I really liked Forest...thought he'd lose, but not to act like that...shit, UFC101 was a waste of money.

Thank God I watched it at the bar. Only cost me $5. And yes, I now believe Silva IS that good. These top fighters should be very cautious to fight him. I thought for sure Forrest would at least show him more heart than that! It was almost like it was fixed, like he let him knock him out.

Watch the fight if you haven't seen it already. Silva dominated Griffin the whole time, really made him look like a rookie, and Griffin is one of the best in the world.

Now was Griffin having a bad day? Or like you said is Silva just that good?

Also did u notice he left the arena? Wonder what his sponsors are thinking, how pissed are they?

and the fight right after, BJ Penn wins, as the announcer asks him about his win, here is his reply - "Go to bjpenn.com" LOL now how BH is that?

Can 1 million + viewers say - "thanks for the spam"

He didn't "run out crying". Apparently he sustained a dislocated jaw and was rushing for medical attention. I wouldn't want to stick around and talk to Joe Rogan with a dislocated jaw either.

That fight was insane though. I've never been so impressed with a fighter in my life (Anderson Silva). Try to drop your hands to your waist and get one of your buddies to throw even light shots at you and see if you can dip and weave them. That's what Anderson was able to do at full speed against the former light heavyweight champion of the world. It's like he can see those punches in slow motion. That was incredible.

Silva made Griffin deaf + dislocated his jaw....That's why he ran out. I don't think many if not any would have liked to continue with a deaf ear + dislocated jaw.

Yes Silva is that good...Now I'm just looking for the thread where people trolled how shit Silva was....F'ing morons.

I know there is reports of broken jaw etc. But i dunno. It just seemed so weird. Everytime you read about Silva, it is about is accumulated power, how he just keeps at you when you cant lay a thing on him. He doesnt have that "power punch" ability though.

But if you watch back to say the evans vs griffin fight. It is well talked about that right at the end, when rashad was pummeling griffins face, griffin was laughing and smiling. Albeit he did get knocked out cold 5 seconds later.

But i dont see why he just "gave up" against Silva. I mean he practically put his hands up right at the end and said thats enough. Griffin is supposed to have an amazing heart, and will take brutal beatings and still just stand there throwing hay makers all day long. But he just did nothing...

Poor Forest.. I don't think I've ever seen a raping quite like that. Griffin is an excellent kickboxer, and AS made him look like some slow unskilled joe-blow off the street. But of course he's been doing that to quality opponents for years :D

I mean WTF, the man can generate knockout power off of the wrong foot while backing up.... That was probably the best evasion and counter punching I've ever seen outside of boxing. Truly a beautiful thing to watch!

    WAR SILVA!

I disagree, his power is accumulated to an extent, but It's obvious that: speed + accuracy = power punch.

Silva doesn't need giant ripped biceps, or wild Hendo haymakers to have knockout power, he just needs to land every shot on the button (and he is the best in mma at that). Same thing happened to the sandman (one straight punch down the pipe and on the chin).

Giving up in the face of probable brain damage in no different than tapping to an arm-bar. He had already been brutally dropped three times, and he knew that he had absolutely no chance in hell of even laying a hand on silva at that point. He didn't want to risk serious injury (nothing dishonorable in that) so he quit. If you re-watch the rashad fight, you will see he actually taps to strikes as well.

I think he ran off because he is such an emotional guy and was so embarrassed that he had to give up like that (again not a big deal in my book).

Anderson Silva is fuckin' boss. I'm not too much of a UFC fan, but I saw the fight yesterday and it was pretty damn amazing. I thought Forrest Griffin would take more of a beating than that.

    Silva is one accurate mofo.
