this just proves to everyone that no matter how much you exercise and/or eating healthy foods, cardiovascular disease cannot not be prevented.

you have to eat food that is specified to your metabolic type and in addition modern day diet today isn't all that great.

there is a saying "you are what you eat"

I think he had a pretty stressful job during the 90s. He also strikes me as man who enjoys his deep fried southern cuisines. Not a good combination.

    Get well soon Big Willy!

being a vegetarian is not gonna save you either..most vegetarians are unhealthy

    Zinc and iron deficiency

    Vitamin D, A(conditional) and B12 deficiency

Over consumption of carbohydrates -> X-syndrome and eventually diabetes, heart problems and cancer.

DHA (omega 3 fatty acid) defiency

protein deficiencies..yes soy can solve that problem..but the problem with soy is that western countries do not properly ferment soy to get rid of toxins.

btw fat isn't unhealthy as FDA says it is..its their agenda to tell you so

most people only know about saturated, mono, poly unsaturated fat..

but most don't know the lcfa's, mcfa's, scfa's and the different variations of healthy fat and unhealthy fat. (all hydrogenated fats is bad)

just like all carbs aren't equal..hence the glycemic index

I guess the biggest part of this thread is that someone saw on twitter that he was dead - and even gave it one nanosecond of belief.

Amazing how his "chest pains" are now a heart attack. Can anyone fucking READ anymore?

As many southerners he was known for not eating too well through out his life, it eventually caught up to him a few years after his term was up. Then he decided to go on a diet and have a lifestyle change or some crap like that.

    He is 63

you are terrible wrong, correct diet and excercise can make a huge difference.
All the Raymond kurzweill family death before 60 years old, so he follow a strict (and smart) diet, and he now is over 60 and he had diabetes, now he is 100% cured, this is just one example of thousand of smart people. of course doctors has no idea about what really you need to eat and do, but taoist monk do.

I was reading somewhere years ago that starvation can lengthen your life quite a bit, just eat enough to keep the body operating.

    That's hard to believe though
