Is your life pretty much complete havoc when it comes to organization? Would you ever hire a secretary to keep track of things for you? What would your prices be?

Please let me know your genuine thoughts.

Once I get up and running, I WILL be hiring someone. To do what, I'm not sure. I'm not the most organized person ,but I also like to have control over most things.

One thing I can definitely see hiring someone for is to keep up with everything tax-related. I'd also like someone to do all the retail transactions for me so I can focus on the wholesale aspect. :)

a good secretary is usually at least double the minimum wage around £12-20 an hour

I can organise my own stuff for that sort of money, the better way to do it would be to offer an internship especially with the job market as it is.

I hired an assistant about 5 months ago at 10% commission of sales I directly bring in and she assisted with. When things are good, she loves it.. when it's slow, she complains :)

A lot of people will work for minimum wage. ($7.25) A GOOD secretary is much more than that. If I can make the kind of money I think I'll be making, I wouldn't feel bad with paying him/her $50k a year. I think that's a fair price and a good pay to satisfy retainment.

Sure. I just signed in...but I don't see an add anywhere. I'm kind of AIM stupid. I'm also on skype and yahoo messenger if you'd like one of those.
