Would You Get Caught?

I mean we are black hatters right? there are certain things if we do will get us into trouble and some won't ( like sharing and taking ebooks, scripts, softwares).

But what i'm worried is about templates. Some of the templates when you are purchasing talked abt the fact that you can only use it on one site unless u purchase more licenses.

So my question is what if we get it free from rapidshare and use it on our site, will we get into legal issues and trouble for this?

Have you heard anyone gotten this type of Sh*t before?

no, these guys steal themselves, you may only get catch if it is a very exclusive thing from a very expensive quality place were they really do care, otherwise no body is going to waste there time spending legal fees when most likely they will loose.

That's my thoughts. In all likelihood they'll contact you first with something threatening.

If that worries you, remove said product/template/script when you get that email and apologise for this misunderstanding, assuming they've proved it's theirs first of course!

I'm lucky in that most things are from the US and i'm in the UK, so if anything ever does get said, legal proceedings would cost an arm and a leg and would take a very long time!

What about things like scripts? like youtube clone script, invision power board? The hackers said that they are not responsible if you get caught.

Michael lou stop worrying, think about it for a moment, no one is going to spend thousands of dollars or pounds to bring you to court to recover a small sum of money or make an example of you.

You only have to use alexa as an example they are the biggest fools when they list download pages etc, even google list some of the pdf's , resale rights become fudged over time and it ends up a free for all.

Just use a proxy to do your downloads nicho

lol, you shouldnt even have to use a proxy. These gurus barely make how much they claim, why the hell they will loose all the money to get you in court? When they dont make that much money? I dont think if they are legit would go around wasting there time 1 by 1, if they are really serious, they would have a mass amount of people looking for people have have "free" copies of there products.

The kind of stuff you're worried about isn't serious, and would be very difficult to accuse and convict. Especially in the digital world where anything can be faked.

Continue life without worry. You only need to be paranoid when you get into serious hacking. Using a script without a "legit" license is like "stealing" the cookie on your grandma's table because she hasn't expressly told you that you can have it.

yeah don't worry about anything... as i have been testing (we'll say) software for around a good 10 years.... without a worry about anything... and i know many a persons that do and without any repercussion...

I personally dont even use proxies either lol I really dont fear that, theyd have to be morons to be spending so much money coming after an individual lol

I mean if they have a case on google or a bigger corp then for sure.....they know they can squeeze some cash from them.
