Checking the backlinks I read the owner is death... would you buy it?
Yes. Good question OP!!!!
Can you sleep with a widow?
If yes...then you got no problem
Why not? Whats the problem about this? Its natural processes in this world
No, his ghost might hunt you and de-index your PBN!!!
My Uncle SAM had same issue, don't do it OP
Of course. I hope that if I ever die, someone uses my domains to sell viagra.
I already see a BHW service in 3-5 years providing domains like such and claiming having 2x more power over regular domains
Tag line, "The Previous Owner May be Dead But the Backlinks Are Still Alive!"
Buy domains that have no chance of the owner reclaiming them because you can't take it with you!
*Disclaimer - we do not take custom orders so do not ask us to off someone so you can have their domains.
Oh, I bought few domains who's previous owner died.
Money went to his widow and family.
What if you didn't know the previous domain owner is dead? Would you double check to make sure you're not buying an expired domain a dead person used to own?
I don't know... a thing like this It should not be considered as profiteering?
I was in the same situation a couple of months back. Good domain, was doing some research and found that the owner had passed away.
The domain was for a blog he was clearly very passionate about and so I left it.. Didn't feel right to kind of exploit / monetize a passion project someone once put so much time and effort into.
Normally I'd buy it but this was a different situation
Don't worry OP, I will be launching my Domain Exorcism Service in a couple of months. In the meantime just place some garlic, salt and holy water around your server and you should be fine.
@pewep has one in the Moderation queue so you may want to consider.
Dead man, has no business in this world anymore op
Registering it, although you know he died, would offend against a proper sense of reverence. That's just my personal opinion. The fact that you didn't instantly register it, but started this thread, shows me you a thinking the same way.
If it turns out he's not dead can you sue?
Would you murder someone to get his domain?
Why not? There is no problem on doing it.
Separate names with a comma.
