Would you buy a micro niche site for $100-150 if it gave a rough $1ppc and had around 6k traffic?

I see people selling them, but it looks to be mostly newbs like myself who buy them. I dont see any "vets" or experienced people in those threads. Can someone help me shed light onto weather it is a good investment or not?

I've bought a number of micro niche sites but none from BHW. The reason to get them from BHW is so that you don't have to worry about keyword research and set up. These are valid reasons to buy from here but are not applicable to "vets" who know how to do all that easily and cheaply.

I buy aged sites that are already ranking and making money or are ranking but very poorly monetized so the current owner thinks they are a dud. These are more expensive in general but I find them to be a bargain because I know what to do with them. They might not as powerful in the hands of "newbs."

So, it is a good investment if you don't know how to do proper keyword research and set up a site easily. It is a good investment for newbs.

Dam right it's a good investment.... if you know what to do!

Buy 5 micro niche sites
rank first page
SEO further longtail keywords

= Traffic = adsense revenue

Flip on flippa = ROI
I've been able to flip micro niche sites for 24x monthly revenue! there just simply autopilot once your ranking with them.

It's a good investment if you can get it ranked. Otherwise you just wasted your cash. If it was already ranked you wouldn't be getting it for that price.

The problem with MNS is they often cost more to rank in terms of cash and time then they generate in income. Some people get lucky but on the whole I think they're a losing game.

Always ask yourself what your time is worth before buying a MNS and make an honest estimate of how long it will take to rank and reasonable revenue expectations.

thanks for the replies.

the downside is that the sellers dont reveal the keywords until you make a purchase, which is understandable.

Well you can ask the mns creator to make a site on your liked topic. Btw its not hard to make a mns yourself and get it ranked on top for less them $40. I have been doing it for a while and been pretty successful.

I have a MNS from a keyword that I bought here. I was able to rank it #1 for the primary keyword and it's on first page for several longtails. It's now PR2 as well. Unfortunately, it's not earning money for me. So I'm targeting another keyword for it. Although I'm thinking of selling it but I don't think I can since it's not earning.

Given all you have got is a niche ?not keywords yet? and the knowledge/ability to perform all tasks yourself, what would you say it is average time to build a micro niche site from scratch and post it online?

I ask because I think this is a major factor on equation to determine whether you'd better go buying sites or building yourself (even if you have to go through preliminary learning curve).

Please let me get this straight. So is just PR what sinks to the bottom when an aged domain (+a website) changes hands? Ranking in search results remains where at, no matter if WhoIs shows a new owner?

Any precaution to take when buying sites in order to maintain their ranking in SERPs?

Thanks in advance.

I'll give you $50 to do one for me. ;)
