Several of my previous wordpress domains were shut down due to being spam. Even though they were not but advertisements.

I am going to do a long term experiments for an article. I am ready to buy domains but don't want to pay hosting :)

I think you already answered your own question.

Get a coupon to buy domains cheaper and get a real hosting. That if you mean business.
Paying for a real host might motivate you to stop 'doing experiments' and start making money. Just my two cents.

    Cheers

Buy reliable hosting service you will not face this type of problem's there and your website will not let down rank and visitors.

Then give it a shot with free linux hosting, not the ones from web2.0 (like wordpress, blogger). Depending on what are you putting on your website you might get by.
I've only tried few and haven't found a reliable one. Maybe you have more luck. ;)
