    I have a MNS site that has about 10 articles on there that are all indexed. This site has been in the sandbox forever and shows no sign of life what so ever. Im starting a bigger site and Im wondering can I take those 10 articles and put them up on my new site? With the old domain Ill just do a redirect to the new domain. Will google see this as dup content?

    I have done this several times. Delete your old domain. After few days just use those articles on new domain.

    you can do two things.

    1. Copy the old articles to new site and put 301 redirection from old to new. But since old site got penalized, I think it would affect your new site too.

    2. You could delete all the articles in old site and replace it with some plr articles. And make google index them. Then use those articles in new site. But you have to make sure no one else copied your articles and pasted it in their site...

    Yes it will be.
    Simply do a 301 redirect to the new domain OR take the content and match up 301 redirects from page to page.

    Just make sure you do a full 301 redirect in the worst case if you don't wanna line up each 301 with the new page.

    I agree with superlinks but only if there are links pointing to the pages/site

    you can always take the page down, then in webmaster tools under crawler access you can remove the page from google's index, this will also remove the page from google's supplemental index.

    If it has been sandboxed, i believe it is still indexed and thus would be considered duplicate content. Maybe you can just spin the same articles deeply and create unique content that way.

    Ya- be sure that links are actually pointing to it if your gonna bother with 301 redirects BUT make sure that you atleast 301 the old domain to the new one, sometimes links DON'T show up in link checkers but do actually exist.

    I really dont understand what your trying to say here with "links are actually pointing to it"

    What links? Cant I just do one main 301 redirect one the old domain to new like this:

    olddomain.com --->301 Redirect ---> newdomain.com/keyword

    It would work, the site is in the sandbox not the articles so no harm in the transfer.
