    Hi

Dont know if this would work,

In the uk you can place a ad for free with jobseekers, they put you add on their system and people at job points can look for say "sales jobs"

Your job vancancy is say " Sales rep work from home" And in the add it says please apply via http://www.yoursite.com etc

You could be a affiliate advertsing some kind of work from home program,

What do you think, have not tried yet but think it would be a good idea?

You can have the job listing as nationwide

it is considered spamming ... many are already using this method for a couple of years
Eg. Data entry job, work at home mail stuffing etc....
