Sure, you will get in trouble and they will ask you to take down the domain. Just don't include "amazon" trade mark in your domain name.

Don't do it. If they ever do find your website they can get you shutdown or you will have to relinquish ownership to them. Not mention a possible lawsuit depending on the scale of your business.

I mean maybe you would be okay if you were making a website about the Amazon Forest or something. Otherwise just stay away it's not worth the hassle.

You maybe not in USA and they probably wouldn't bother to sue you. But if it's a .com, it's going to be based in the US and at anytime they could seize your domain.

    Don't do it, dude.

ICANN rules give trademark holders domains that contain their trademarks.

You can probably get away with it for some time... until your site gets BIG.

Nothing sucks more than building a successful site and having your domain yanked from under you due to IP issues.

Just put "amazon" in the name of the page, if you need that trademark that much.
    Such as: domain.com/amazon-iphone-sucks/

SEO-wise its almost the same, and ICANN/Amazon wouldn't have a clear case.
