Would buyers be more interested buying SaaS platforms instead of blogs or info websites?

SaaS = services like SocialOomph / MajesticSEO etc that offer online tools and charge customers a monthly fee

What monthly multiple of earnings would buyers pay for these compared to Adsense- or CPA-powered blogs/websites?

In other words, I'm comparing software-driven platforms versus content/online publishing businesses as far as flipping profitability is concerned.

SaaS is really dependent on the quality of the coders you have. If you're not selling the coders with the business, then most people would stay away. The real value in a Software as a Service firm is the people in it. Not the product.
