    Hi there,

I have a question about using keywords with specific names in them.. I'm only now getting in SEO, and I started out with a theme parks niche.
My question is basically: Is it possible to rank a niche site that has the name of a specific theme park, in this case, in it? When if you Google your keyword page 1 is dominated by the legitimate website of that theme park?
I hope I'm making sense.. I'd appreciate any feedback. I'm really trying to decide on a keyword for a niche site, but I also want to implement a CPA offer in the site, which involves a very specific theme park. Thanks

I would suggest straying away from using a theme parks name. This is copy written material and even if you are successful with the site it is very possible that you will receive a C&D letter and you will be required to surrender the domain name.

Well I wasn't planning to start a complete website with the theme parks name, I actually wasnt going to include it in the domain. The name is present inside one of the keywords that I wanted to rank a theme park based site I already own. Like for example using the keyword "harry potter theme park orlando" and trying to rank for it, if it has low comp, nice monthly searched ect.. even though when you google that KW, 1st page is plastered with the official universalorlando websites for that theme park. That's kind of what I mean.
