I have a client with about 60 domains that are pr 3-8. The majority of these are aged domains, but only few with sites on them. Currently as a side project he's looking for ways to liquidate them, and by no means am I an expert in domain/site flipping. From what I can tell, he's expecting to make $x,xxx per domain for some of these but I'm not sure how likely that is. Are people flat out paying for authority domains? I've only checked a few he's sent over and they have decent PR, but don't appear to be exact name nor have any monetization methods established. He's also looking to keep sales off flippa.

So to condense things a bit. Is it worth selling domains solely on PR? Before anyone asks, no I do not have the list.

That's what I was thinking, probably only worth if they can be sorted and sold for buffers and backlinking.

They are probably dropped domains. Buyers who have $xxxx to spend know that and they aren't going to pay big money for domains that have dropped and been re-registered. The smart buyers know the PR will probably disappear in the next update unless the original content can be restored.

    Hi,

I would be happy to have a look and make an offer on any that I think are worthwhile.

    Thanks,

I was wondering the same, can one be successful selling about 10 high pr domains (aged, never dropped) with backlink analysis and all? (PR range betwee PR3 - PR5) But mostly are PR4.
