I have a website and want to rank #1 for all keywords.
The number of results for 3 big keywords are as follows:

    Results 1 - 10 of about 30,000,000
    Results 1 - 10 of about 380,000
    Results 1 - 10 of about 1,180,000

Do I need xrumer for something like this, Or could I achieve it with something like scrapebox??

Also, How long of a learning curve does xrumer have, days, weeks?

Xrumer is hard to use theres no doubting that. I know it from personal use. And there are countless threads saying the same. How long it takes to learn to use it effectively is entirely up to your determination and technical ability. It's pricey and you are always paying for it, as you need a dedicated server for best results. It's a decision that no one else can make for you. As there are different risks for everyone. Good luck though. As a sidenote scrapebox is awesome too

If your wondering if you can pick up the learning curve faster than most. Trust me, it takes specific info to run that puppy optimally and if you don't have it, it will end up costing you more than it really should. Xrumer is the only product you have to pay that much to get so little support, it's kinda funny really. It's kinda of like handing someone a defibrillator and saying good luck. It has a lot of power but you'll probably end up zaping yourself a couple of times just learning it. :pat:

Does anyone think it would be more cost effective long term to create your own xrumer? Or is it that powerful that you should just 100% buy it?

if you have such skills then good luck!;) but idk if it is worth doing since there is a ready-made solution - xrummer... although as everyone says it is HARD and time-consuming to learn to use it well.
