No site up, and I guess it would depend on who wanted it, but what do you think this domain would be worth? 200k exact searches, and it's a popular drug name, not evading any copyright laws.
    Roughly?

Thats like saying you have a badass car, and not telling the brand. And asking people how much its worth.

Depends if that drug has lots of competitors.

I know it's tough. Just trying to get an idea if I'm looking at $100, or $5000+.
It's not too competitve, less than most drugs. Very profitable though.

Searches depends on the keyword which is used in domain name.

And Google Keyword Planner is still useful to get an estimation of searches.

You keep writing spammy posts on a few threads... my guess is to increase your post count.

He knows how many searches the keyword gets hence why its in the title of the thread.

What do you want to do with it? AdSense?

If so, check Keyword Planner for Searches & Estimated CPC (Try other tools here too like market samurai or spyfu.com).

    # of searches * ~45-55% CTR if you're first * ~5-10% Ad CTR if you make the site really well * CPC * 68% (your share of the CPC) = profits from that keyword (if you're first)

Take that number, tweak it to see what happens if you don't make it to first but only to 2nd, 3rd, 4th and then half it just to be safe. See if you would still want it. Looking good still? Go for it!

EDIT: Just saw that you want to sell it not use it. In that case, no clue. If it's a well-known drug but nobody has bought the domain then there may be a reason for that...

If it is a well-known drug name that is COPYRIGHTED, then once you start using it you're going to get your ass handed to you on a platter if you use it because they'll just take it off you: they can legally do that. I doubt you'll have much luck selling it if it is copyrighted.
