    Hey guys,

long story short - i have a ton of high pr 2.0's mainly with 2 major 2.0 providers. at the moment these are all linking to individual sites of mine.

with the recent destruction of public networks ive been thinking of coding a bot to make these into a private network to enable posting on several of them linking to a money site - but im not sure if its worth it.

Obviously they are all on two i.p's as they are from the same 2.0 site....

On one hand im thinking its a bad idea / not worth my time because of them all being on the same i.p. on the other hand im thinking its a decent idea because i make hundreds of 2.0's from one provider as part of my linking already (not just one provider - but each provider i have hundreds with) so why would this be different.

Would like to get some input on what you guys think to this idea. It would not be my only source of linking, so any site i linked to would have overall ip diversity.

    Cheers
    MBOT

EDIT: This would be for private use only. Sorry to people who have PM'd Me!

Keep it yours and yours alone. If the webmaster suspects that most of your posts have OBLs and almost all posts are different from each other in terms of categories (since different people are posting on them). Good bye accounts.

i might have not explained myself properly. it would be for personal use only.

what im trying to decide is if having loads of high pr links from 2 ip's (although these are 2.0 providers ip's) is a good thing or a bad thing, and is worth me coding a bot for.

As far as my SEO knowledge goes, you will still be getting good quality backlinks. Your unique domains count will not rise since all those links are coming from the same root domain/IP but still, the added good quality backlinks will results in SERPs.

Yeah, I'd open a web 2.0 service, including articles, posts, blast to them etc.

There wouldnt be much point in making more than one property per kw/doamin imo since link link juice doesnt add up the more links you have form same ip.

Did you check their ips already? Many of blogging providers will put every blog on a random ip from a large pool like blogger and wordspress

Not to call you a liar or anything, but is this proven? otherwise what would be the point of the thousands of 2.0's people create?

I checked a random sample and they seem to be on one ip per provider. Trying to find a batch ip checker at the moment.

Thanks for all the input so far guys

Update: Just found a batch checker and they are all on one i.p per provider. Any further thoughts on this?

Probably just try to spread the sign ups out so you get put on a random IP.

I don't know which sites is he using or if they host all the pages/blogs on one ip or not but I know for fact that blogger and wordpress.com blogs are setup as subdomains on random ips although they are all on the same domain which might still make a footprint so diversity in domains will still be required.
