    Hi guys,

For months now i've been #1 for 2 keywords. They bring me in a lot of visitors and money each day.

A major voucher code site with DA of 65 and the specific page im in competition with has a PA of 39 and PR 2.

My site has DA 21, PA 31 and 0 PR.

I've not used any black hat tactics and havent bought any links.

I've been aware of this site for a while but honestly havent kept track of where they have been ranking. They're out ranking me on a few lower volume related and LSI terms. They overtook me on these terms yesterday. This is what made me look into comparing all my keywords against theres. For pretty much all the lower volume words they're out ranking me for

Im in position 1 for keyword 1 and 2 and they are in position 2 for keyword 1 and 2.

Keywords 3 and 4 (also big volume words) im ranked 2 (site number 1 i have no idea how they're ranking as their backlink profile is full of viagra anchors from foreign sites)

The big voucher code site ranks as number 3 for keywords 3 and 4.

Im at a loss as to what i should do as i want to secure my ranking position and not be overtaken.

My link building to date has been web 2.0 tiered link building (all manual done by myself) with tiers 2 and 3 being done in GSA. Some article directories. Forum posts. Manual relevant blog commenting. I've recently started carrying out interviews with other sites in my niche in an effort to get backlinks from those.

What should i be looking at doing? I'd really appreciate any and all help guys.

Im relying on this money to invest in a 'bricks and mortar business' and i was also considering selling my site. Now im worried that i'll get outranked, my earnings will drop and i wont be able to make the money i need or sell the site for as much as what i had anticipated.

    Thanks guys.

Should I continue building web 2.0 links, should i buy expired domains and redirect them to my site (or use them and build a private blog network)

My site focuses around just a very small niche of retailers, and has product reviews to support, unlike the voucher site.

    Feeling a bit lost

Advice : 1) Don't fuck around with expired domaining if you're a beginner. That's a different thing altogether. Also I wouldn't recommend that if you are going White-hat.

    2) Continue with web 2.0s aggresively. Try out newer ones.

    3) Blog comments from super relevant niche sites with low OBL. ( here PR won;t matter much).

    4) Add more content. Increase freshness signals.

    5) Get some Social signals if budget permits.

I wouldn't say im a 'beginner' i've read about buying expired domains and using for private blog networks. I've just never actually gone ahead and done it.

Should i be creating new web 2.0's daily? I tend to do them in batches. I create 10-15 web 2.0 platforms over 2-3 days, then will drop articles and links on them over the next 10 days or so, then i leave it a few weeks before creating a new lot or adding new content. Should this be a daily thing? By newer ones, do you mean just creating new wordpress, blog, bloggers etc, or are there new web 2.0 platforms?

Content is an area i have a lot of ideas for but i suppose i've been sidetracked with other projects, so i'll make it a priority to add more content.

Budget will permit social signals. My main money page has over 60 fb likes, and a few dozen twitter / g+1. These were all gained naturally. Can you recommend any providers for social signals, and best practice for buying these?

    Thanks for your help.

Keep doing them 2.0 s on a daily basis. Make 2.0s on other sites too, there are lots of them currently. just look for them.

Here's the reason why your Wordpress/delicious links won;t rank shit : They have been abused tremendously and lost all their "link value". This means they still are very authoritative websites with high pr but they can be abused so easily that having link there won;t help much.

For social signals, i would recommend syndd. (Note: I am not its owner or affiliate. I have just read there reviews and think it's legit. I have never done business with them also. Also, i don't know about any other social signals providers).

    Much win.

What do you mean by 'top web2.0'?
