What is your refund policy?
Refund and Cancellation Policy:
- At ProxyFox, we are committed to providing our clients with a reliable and sustainable service. This Refund and Cancellation Policy, along with the Terms of Use and Service Level Agreement, constitutes the entire agreement between ProxyFox (hereinafter referred to as “ProxyFox”) and you (the customer or you). Before using our service, please carefully read this document, as it outlines the dispute resolution process and procedures for refund-related inquiries.
Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising from your access to our services and/or use of the system will be resolved according to the following Dispute Resolution Procedure:
- Should any dispute arise from your use of the system, please contact our Customer Support at [email protected]. Our dedicated support team is available to address any inquiries or concerns related to refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks. Please note that, for security purposes, we maintain logs of our conversations with customers during the Customer Support process.
Refundable and Non-refundable Events
You may request a refund under the following conditions:
- Double unintentional payment has been made, resulting in an overpayment to top up your account.
- Double purchase of the same bundle occurred, and you have not utilized the second bundle resulting from the unintentional double-payment.
- The system is unavailable beyond the limitations specified in the Service Level Agreement.
Refundable Events:
- The services provided do not meet the conditions outlined in the Service Level Agreement.
- You have not initiated the usage of the purchased bundle.
Non-refundable Events:
- Incomplete or inconsistent data provided during the registration procedure.
- Payment made with cryptocurrencies, regardless of the type.
- The trial period is non-refundable.
- Account suspension or blocking due to illegal activities.
- Breach of customer obligations outlined in the Acceptable Use of the System or the Service, as defined in the Terms of Use.
- Usage of the system or data transfer initiated after purchasing the bundle through the customer dashboard.
- The bundle was purchased more than 3 days ago.
- The service quality aligns with the conditions specified in the Service Level Agreement.
- The purchased bundle has exceeded the specified time limitations.
- Connection quality and speed are subject to third-party capacities and beyond the control of ProxyFox. We cannot guarantee quality measurements for internet connection provided by third-party Internet Service Providers. Therefore, concerns related to connection speed parameters are considered non-refundable.
- ProxyFox disclaims responsibility for the compatibility of third-party and/or proprietary software used by customers to access the system. The customer assumes full responsibility for the compatibility of their software with the ProxyFox system.
- Currently we accept various Crypto Currencies.
- Credit Card and other payment methods coming soon!
- We have staff available to you around the clock through our live chat system.
- No bots or automated “resolution” autoresponders: our helpdesk is staffed by real people that can offer real help to your questions.
- Our Turn around Time is typically within minutes. In rare exceptions we made need 24-48 hours to respond.
