anyone who has faced a similar dispute care to give some insight?
Well, wouldn't it be like that fiverr.ml situation? If they have it trademarked there isn't much you could do about it (maybe if your hosting servers aren't in the US, or something like that?).
I'm not familiar with fiverr.ml but yeah I guess you're right. I did some further research and they have an llc incorporated as "worldstar" but their trademark is "worldstarhiphop."
