Northern Californian company named McColo was shutdown after an investigation on its services rendered the company as a prime host for most of the world's spam. The shutdown occurred on Tuesday the 11th, and security firms everywhere saw an immediate drop of 75-percent on active email spam—globally.

Spam is to increase only thre is no real way to stop it yet. I guess the guy creating an easy way to stop spam in the world could be the next Bill G of the www.

This was posted before but honestly I haven't noticed it from personal experience. It seems as soon as a huge spammer gets taken out, another one just ramps up and becomes the new one. I don't see it ending anytime soon.
