I'm will to pay someone if they are willing to help me out for their efforts.

Napoleon Hill,Smart Goal setting,achieve goals,success quotes,financial freedom,make money on the internet,think and grow rich

If you could teach me a little and do some keyword research it would be great.

Hi,

I will help you help yourself :-) First go to compete.com and look at what other keywords your competitors are using, then go put those keywords in the adwords keyword tool and look at what keywords are relevant to those kewords (LSI), you can then also use Wordtracker. Now that you have a list of all the main keywords and the long tail versions, you go and optimize each page with one of the main keywords and also make sure you include the LSI keywords in the page, that will make your page more relevant. Hope that helps, if still in doubt ask :-)

Some of those keywords are very competitive and may be difficult to rank high in the SERPS.

Loomis,

Why don't you try to spy on your competition? Go to keyword*spy*c0m and you can type in domains and keywords (i think) to study your competition. You will find there keywords and other related websites.

Study your competition, see what they're doing, see how long they have been doing it, and see if it works for you. Other sites you can check out that are similar to KS is ad*goo*roo*c0m, spy*fu*c0m, and key*compete*c0m. Since some of these sites can be wrong or off, it may be good to check out similar sites.

Hope this helps..

Hey,

Useful post but why don't you put your links in code tags, makes it much easier to decipher; all those asterisks can be confusing.

Code:
http://www.gooroo.com
Code:
http://www.spyfu.com
Code:
http://www.compete.com

Thank you guys, ill get to work right away.

Any suggestions on my site over all, think I have enough content to win over some of these keywords?

Should I write my articles like

Maybe I can add a keyword section at the bottom of every article? Do you think that would be helpful.

Would be like this

content
content
_
_
_

Tags/Keywords~ the law of success etc etc etc.....

Still my main concern. Is it possible to this site profitable? Or should I make a ton of blogs? Should I only use 8 keywords in the meta tags, or can I use more?

Keywords in the Meta tags are not that important anymore, just keep on adding content and don't use your keywords too much (that can do more damage than good) instead use LSI words moderately, prepare your content primarily for the reader. Make sure your title tags are not over 70 characters, there are many tools out there that can help you with your onsite optimization.

I used a tool to make meta tags and for some reason it wont take it.
I am using blogger.
Why wont it?
