Before I get started this is more of a motivational post. But with a twist because I didn't want to do just another post about motivating others. THIS IS VERY LONG so if you don't want to read it, you don't have to but i'm sure it has valuable information for a lot to take in. If you are not into gaining as much information or knowledge about anything new or interesting then quit trying to become rich right now. hah

Here's the deal. I will be sharing with you something I've learned from "rich dad, poor dad which made me look at life differently and I will explain to you how i profit from this. Let me mention a few things first then i'll talk about the best seller book "rich dad poor dad' and what i learned.

I've been here for awhile some of you know me i'm sorry I haven't been around in awhile I had to deal with some issues I was having but I am better now. I've recently ran into threads and I have to say this before anything. IM marketers need to stop dissing others especially the elders here. It's been that way for 100's of years c'mon guys we are all here to make money. Making you older doesn't make you better at making more money than a young person. With your experience you maybe better at saving and budgeting your income. That' fine please accept that the young world took over a while back because we are in a technological and informational time in our life. Yup, young CEOs are the new thing here and the older people work extra hard to fit into this field. Props to them. Now let's move on.

I mentioned budgeting above how older people understand the value of this. If you are in your 20's and love to show off and buy flashy things. Trust me, when you hear "save your money" from your mommy and daddy at a young age they know what they are talking about. It is VERY VERY VERY IMPORTANT to KNOW how much you are spending on everything. Your bills, food, shopping, gas, etc DO NOT LIVE YOUR LIFE WITHOUT BUDGETING YOUR INCOME. EVEN IF YOU WORK AT MCDONALDS or LIVE IN THE GHETTO you can afford a BMW car. That is what budgeting is. So start if you are age 18 or older and you'll be able to afford nice things for yourself and be richer than a guy driving a porsche.

Like me for example. i'm in my 20's but when i was younger i had this mentally "if you have money spend it that's the point" lol anyone else says this? I could not have been more wrong. I worked $30,000 (AFTER TAXES) a year and ended up saving only $2000. This was in 1999 I think. It never bothered me and when people ask me why i'm broke. I would always say "man bills bills bills, food, rent, insurance, blah" so i would pay everything and barely left with nothing. VERY DEPRESSING. But completely my fault. I worked $30,000 a year, spent only $1200/month on bills including rent, and everything else i mentioned. i relied i spent $14000 ONLY on rent. Where is the other $16,000? lol i'll tell you, every dollar on candy bars, lifestyle, girls, personal things i don't need, etc. i felt like SHIT SHIT SHIT. if i had budget that $16,000 in savings i could have bought a used BMW3 series convertible easily at the age of 18. Dont say insurance would kill me we all know how to get cheap insurance in NYC we just use out of state plates from FL haha.

Ok what have I learned from the book "rich dad poor dad"? I learned a completely different meaning for ASSETS versus LIABILITY. Which is that your house or car isn't an asset, it's actually a liberality. So basically a liability is something that TAKES MONEY OUT OF YOUR POCKET (house, cars, etc) and an ASSET is something that GENERATES income to PUT MONEY IN YOUR POCKET. For ex, you have a liability (HOUSE) with monthly expensive and you need ASSETS you PAY those bills. So build as much assets as you can to pay off your liabialities. Don't buy a house or car if you don't have assets.

RESPECT, LOYALTY and WANTING is VERYYYYY important. Don't betray anyone. Respect the work of others, LOOK AT EVERYTHING from newbie to the pros. I love to look at 90% of methods that are wack and lame that makes nothing that way i'll know not to EVER do it. If you respect the work of others success will shine your way.

LOYALTY - this one is a no brainier. For those who bail on your close family and friends (BLOOD family or even your JV partner) you are an idiot. Good luck partying with your best friends from school. Problem is you will end up just like most of them. I'm proud to say I've gotten rid of all the negative obstacles in my life and when i did a year later i realize i was banking and all my old friends were doing the same ol shit. Forget all that shit about "im from the hood i gotta keep it real" if your banking $,1,000,000 you want to live in the projects with your friends still to keep it real? I grew up southside jamaica queenz ny which was very ghetto my time spent there. I've never went to college because i had no choice, but if i had a choice i would deff go to college and get a degree in business and specialize in web designing or something. In reference to my "hard knock life /street credit" unfortunately i was unlucky to have had to experience that but that's just life. We all have problems. it was however highly responsible for making me want to make a good life for myself tho. I take pride today in my 20's to admit that i would have rather go to college and get a degree than to fail 9th grade so many times and get kicked out of multiple HS's even GED schools. Even tho I'm possibly banking more than i ever thought I would. Anyways back to loyalty... stay loyal to the people in your life that helps you out. Together you guys can be unstoppable and make tons of money. Look at the rapper Dr Dre. Any album he puts out he will make millions on it no matter what. Because he stayed loyal to snoop dogg and others. He produces albums and feature his loyal friends whos always been around. REPUTATION IS KEY FOR THIS. Don't screw up your reputation. If you own a bat-mobile don't fill the tank up at a gas station. Do you see batman doing that? REPUTATION BRINGS YOU MONEY.

WANTING-.. hmm everyone wants something, if you don't. better start visualizing what you want NOW. Life is short get as MUCH money and things you possibly you can get out of your lifetime on his earth and build a future for your family and everyone you care about so you can secure the new generation in your time line. That is what life is. Doing the best you can until you die.

Ok so how do i or how can you profit from things you buy for yourself?

instead of buying junk i like to buy the google trends. Things that are hot that i can use. i remember buying my iphone for $500 and i made YT videos of me opening the box, showing the features, etc and made back my $500 in IM over the weekend on YT. So that phone was an asset for me, not a $500 liability. You get where i'm going with this? I hope so. What you own can generate income for you online. Buy a BMW, PORSCHE, MERCEDES, do some drifting or 0-60 mph tests and record them, UPLOAD the videos on youtube linking to adsense or affiliate products, etc. This probably won't pay off for a car lol but at least you get something back hah. Or it might in 5 years if you budget your earrings haha.

I will try to edit this later for errors, etc sorry if it was hard to understand i'm not educated. But good luck to all! PM me if you need help online in IM i will gladly look at all PMs and see how i can provide any info.

    Later all

That was informative, gave me a different approach even though I just found out about this earlier as an idea watching the release of the ipad.
    Keep the updates going...
