Work from home or Office?

I prefer working from home more. Less distraction from colleagues who always pow wow or ask for help. Not to mention the time and money you save from commuting over an hour per day....

1. Home Office (separate room) - most productive.
2. Co-working spaces (cafes, patios by the pool, etc.) with friends that also have the luxury to work from wherever. Weirdly motiviating, but also lots of chit-chat, which I enjoy too much to stay out of it ;-)

Never worked in a real "office". It's my nightmare...

Lots of distractions @ home, have a dedicated area that u can sit down in and get some work done :)

When I started my company, at the beginning, I was working from home. However, when I started employing staff I realized that working from home (for me as well as for the employees) is not productive at all.
I second that.
