The below terms were found in one of a popular affiliate network on Blackhatworld (ironically).

[Affiliates found sending traffic generated from spam, content locking and other deceitful tactics will see their account banned.]

When you promote for a CPA network, remember to read their TOS as any technique that you learn from BHW and uses to promote could easily get your earning forfeited.

Basically CPA network wants you to go pure white hat. And ironically posted on BHW to promote their network.

I know that sounds funny but being a blackhat forum doesn't necessarily mean you cannot have networks who need white hat traffic.

It also helps to read the offer that you're promoting. Some only have selected traffic that the offer is made for or approve only traffic. It helps to read the TOS, but this is a marketing forum. White/Grey/Black hat CPA networks all exist.

All makes sense. The main issue here is the warning to read the terms of service. So that once caught, affiliate marketer cannot complain that they network is shaving or banning account without legit reason.

And you can easily turn black hat traffic into white hat traffic, by simply sending them to a landing page you own and control promoting the offer.

I agree fully. I was making thousands with Plenty of Fish but nobody wants that traffic any more. Can't blame them really. POF legal would be all over them and they are serious.

Adequate Cloaking will also turn Black Hat traffic into White Hat traffic, so there's no problem there.

Those Terms of service are most probably in place for legal reasons. They will most likely never try to enforce it except when forced by third party (xyz.com complaining about tactics from users: service says: it's against our ToS) or when the traffic is dodgy and they have no other 'proof' the user is cheating they could use that as a last resort...
