wordpress to blogspot how to do this?

I generally use wordpress
new to blogspot
I use plugins to below but dont know how to do in blogspot
tired of google

plz help
1). using new adman put ad code of start of every post in blog,how to in blogspot
2) remove all external links
3) related posts
4) minify

Blogger.com is a static website creator on the other hand Wordpress.com is a dynamic website creator.

Blogger.com doesn't offer any plugins. If you have good knowledge of HTML, CSS and JAVASCRIPT, then you can create an awesome website.
 
if you are moving from WP to blogger then best that you have knowledge of HTML/CSS , you can use pre defined template too for the design but unfortunately they do not have plugins that can make the work easier.

I'm not sure why you choose BlogSpot since you already use WordPress. WordPress has a lot of functionality available. So it's preferable to start building your knowledge of basic web technologies.
 
If you want to use plugins then wordpress is the best option, Blogger also offer some Html codes they are just like plugin but are very limited. If you are shifting to blogspot then for more customisation you should have some knowledge of HTML and CSS. You can also install a good them which provide customisation according to your need.
 
What is your reason for trying this migration ? Usually it is the opposite for majority because wordpress is far more better than blogger.

That's what I said, sorry if you got it wrong. Such features are not available on blogger.com (blogspot), you have to manually do all those things.

Minification feature was available on Cloudflare but now they have removed it. So now you have to do all those things manually.

It's a complete myth that google indexes blogspot faster than wordpress site. For fast speed, don't use shared hosting and use a fast loading theme.
 
You still have time to migrate it back to WordPress, it's much better. Blogspot is something that will be probably discontinued or replaced in the near future.

1. Use html code. Google it, there's tutorial about it.

2. Remove manually or i think use notepad++. Download xml version of the posts sites then use Find & Replace.

Blogspot doesn't support any plugin. So you must know a bit about html, javascript, CSS etc.

I know I have to css ,just need pinpoint steps,blogger has chnaged and steps for above been chnaged
