Wordpress Theme Programmer

Hey - Im a graphic artist by trade, Im well versed in normal HTML/CSS/JAVA/web coding.

Wordpress is a bit different and I dont have the time to figure it out. I have the theme drawn up...I just need someones help to implement it!

ive done up all the CSS and HTML...I need someone who knows the PHP side of wordpress to drop that code where it needs to go!

This is a http://www.csfc.net23.net/ i'm coding atm, working with the client still on it. All the content in the pages is what the client added and they are a bit noobie tbh. But that's what they wanted, to use wordpress as a content management system.

I can make it fully widgetized and add in a shopping cart if needed.
