I have created a menu with long list of sub menus
But in primary menu or Vertical menu, none are scrolling.
And I am not finding any code for overflow so that I could make that auto.
    Any help please ?

The page I need help with: http://bookiecart.com/kuteshop/

Open the web console and check for error messages. Perhaps an ad blocker is blocking a JS or something.

My guess is your menus are not meant to scroll. You probably need to reduce them and create subcategories.

Sure, but the investment to make those menus scroll might not be worth it. You probably need a different user interface component, like a dropdown list instead of a html menu.

PS. Remember: temporary scrolling sucks on mobile. You pull the thumb off the menu disappears and your customers are pissed.

This menu is surely not developed for scrolling. If you scroll down a bit, to get the "sticky" menu on the top, open the menu, and scroll again, the opened menu gets hidden ( by /kuteshop/wp-content/themes/bookiecart/js/functions.min.js - search for: (".vertical-menu-content").hide() in the (window).scroll callback ).
Also just a suggestion: /kuteshop/wp-content/uploads/2017/09/Stationery-Products-Are-Also-Avaialble.jpg is a really big >6MB image. You should use a minifier before uploading huge images, to reduce load time, and for better user experience
