If you do not know what autoblogging is or how it works please go http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/blogging/141420-guide-autoblogging-dummies-my-perspective-beginners.html

    So.. now we can continue.
More and more people start to autoblog, this, because it is quite easy to set-up and you will soon get profit out of it. You can call it profit quite soon since the investment to be made is very low.
However it becomes more and more difficult to get people and to get them clicking. Certainly the younger generation, most of them do not even 'see' the ads and certainly do not click them. So we have to do something about that. And one way is with templates. I experiment for about 2 years now on different colors, ads placement and ad size. And chosing it whisely you can earn up to 300%

So with that said, lets come to business. There are some themes that claim to be perfect for adsense combined with wordpress. But they look like crap and people will leave without clikcing the ads.
But luckly there are themes that look nice and are full of ads. And besides that people click the ads. Sometimes the ads are so well hidden people just think it is an image to go to the full post.
Look at the images below. The ad looks like the image to click to get the full post.

Here you see a featured module with 5 featured items flashing nicely. People like these kind of things and do not really mind about the ads all around.

Besides smart placing of ads you can do some things with colors and font types aswell. There are whole books explaining the psychology behind colors.
I will spare you the details, here a small exerpt

Just as you use words to express yourself, colors can be used as an expression as well and are a language all on their own.
The background color of your website, the color of your header, the color of your text, headlines and sub-headlines etc. can all have a psychological impact on your visitors. Here is a list of some of the common colors and what type of psychological emotion they invoke in people:

RED is associated with love, passion, danger, warning, excitement, food, impulse, action, adventure.
BLUE is associated with trustworthiness, success, seriousness, calmness, power, professionalism.
GREEN is associated with money, nature, animals, health, healing, life, harmony.
ORANGE is associated with comfort, creativity, celebration, fun, youth, affordability.
PURPLE is associated with royalty, justice, ambiguity, uncertainty, luxury, fantasy, dreams.
WHITE is associated with innocence, purity, cleanliness, simplicity.
YELLOW is associated with curiosity, playfulness, cheerfulness, amusement.
PINK is associated with softness, sweetness, innocence, youthfulness, tenderness.
BROWN is associated with earth, nature, tribal, primitive, simplicity.
GREY is associated with neutralality, indifference, reserved.
BLACK is associated with seriousness, darkness, mystery, secrecy.

Best is to use colors that your audience prefer best. Sometimes that can be difficult to find out but just experiment.

Make sure your font size used in the ad is the same as you use in the content. This makes it more difficult to discover the ads.

Hope you can use (some of) this information. If you use it correct there is some nice money to make.

BTW the theme I use is http://anonym.to/?http://www.wordpressthemewebsite.com/demo/?themedemo=MasterAdsense
I think it is free for download somewhere!
