Wordpress site is down after I log into cpanel

Hello there blackhatworld.. So I bought hosting on webcare360 hosting company couple of month ago and never had problem with them until now... last couple of days most of the time my site has been down because they had DDos attacks, and they said that they fixed it and everything is fine now, but when I log in into my cpanel I can be in there for couple of minutes and secound I click to edit something or whatever my site goes down along cpanel... It opens message "this site can't be reached" same like when you don't have connection or something... So what might be the problem here? I contacted them and they said that I send them my ipv4 adress which might be blocked on their's server but I don't thing it's the problem since I can long in into my cpanel for couple of minutes... Just want to hear if problem is on their's side or is it me, some plugin what it might be?

Ask refund and buy a new hosting for $3.99 you can get decent hosting.

Send them your IP address to be whitelisted.

The issue is almost certainly a strict firewall rule to prevent hackers from making any changes. Since you're not whitelisted, you're getting caught in the temporary blacklist as soon as you access any of the protected cPanel URLs.

seems like it... just installed opera and used it's VPN and tried to log in into my cpanel and reach for my site from there and everything works fine... probably my IP adress is blacklisted on their's server and that's causing a problem... thanks
