Hey I have tried to search Google to find help with this issue and I've basically looked everywhere to fix it.

the WP plugin "wordpress seo by yoast" which I am sure most of you guys know are adding the meta tag "noindex" to my subpages on the homepage.
    You know /page2 /page3 /page4 etc.

I believe that's very bad for my SEO on that site and would love some ideas on how to fix that?

Sure I guess I could uninstall that plugin, but it's what I use to create titles+description of inner pages and noindex certain categories I don't need.

It is not a bad for your site. It helps to avoid a problem of duplicate content.

but /page2 etc. Are only posting excerpts and links to the individual post.

If noindexing those are good to avoid duplicate content, why is yoast not doing it on the homepage itself?
