I would think that the best for SEO would be a static page. If every time Google crawls your page the content is completely different, how will it know what to rank for? No doubt I'll be corrected if I'm wrong.

Personally, I like to have a static page with a few paragraphs on it. Then have a 'recent posts' section on the page that has a summary about the post and a read more button at the end.

I would do it with the hypens, just because it makes it more readable for the user, so the first one. I'm not sure whether having them or not makes a difference in terms of SEO, I think the debate has been raging for years with no consensus.

interesting,i use it without hypens just because i was thinking like this - as ex when i buy a domain i buy mydomain.com and not my-domain.com so mydomain.com/myblogpost is better for seo than if i use hypens .just my 2 cents,i might be wrong anyway

Well, like I said there has never been any consensus. It's best not to use them in your domain name to keep it short and direct type in traffic wouldn't usually put a hyphen. It was asked here in webhosting talk and it got different opinions, but generally they said it was ok for URLs, but not the domain.

Matt Cutts had this to say about it, but then again we all know how trustworthy he is:
