Any recommendation for political compass survey plugin?

There are 50 questions/issues, and user rates how much he/she agrees. Score 1-5. The plugin adds hidden scores to political party. In the end you get a ranking of compatibility.

Do you have example of sites running such survery, I can look and tell you what plugin they are using.
