wordpress plugin to store search results and index them in google

I want to understand which plugin is used on railwaysonline.in to index the search results
http://railwaysonline.in/newresults/railway-allahabad-group-d-medical-date/
the searches get stored in /newresults/ folder and then they get indexed by google .. I want to learn how he does that

I think it is a plugin but i'm not sure how he does it. check the link http://railwaysonline.in/newresults/railway-allahabad-group-d-medical-date/ . It is not a blog post but a search result like google. The search keywords are "railway allahabad group d medical date". I think someone must have searched for this on his site and he seems to have created a page out of it and got it indexed in google.

Can anyone me understand this ?

I'm pretty sure black hat pros over here have cracked this. Would be great to get some help from you guys

Thanks for the headsup. I had stumbled upon it but did not know if that's the same one
