Wordpress.org meta-refresh for hiding traffic

I'm not sure if this is the correct place to post this, but I am looking to use a meta refresh or a double meta refresh with a wordpress.org blog to place hide some ad traffic. Is this simply code that I place in the body of any page at all, like with the free blogger accounts (they ban you for doing this). Or is this server stuff?

Also which one of the types do I need to use to make it look like the site was coming from my site?

Yes the real ads are on my site as well, so I think I should be safe.

There is a plugin that was shared the other day that did just this. I can't remember the name so i can't search and just looking back through the threads did not help. Perhaps someone else saw the thread who has a better memory than I. I really wish I would have downloaded it but I did not.
