Are you able to log in your cpanel account?
Then look into the error_log file first...

Did you make changes to dbconn, wp-config, or wp-settings file?

Have you added any plugin or plugins during the last time you were able to login? Then use the cpanel and rename those latest plugins, or remove them and then try logging in again. You might succeed.

Did you make changes to the database?

I think your wordpress installation got hacked.
Do you leave any footprint on your website?

The best solution is to open a support ticket at godaddy or do a live chat with their technical support team. They will be the best person to solve your problem ASAP.

WP does give you errors in logging in if you have login security plugin installed and you have tried to login to your cpanel from different geographical places or ip addresses. If you can access the cpanel you should check first for the plugins that you have installed recently or updated recently. If you cannot login at all, then best would be to raise a support ticket.

I think you were most likely hacked dude. My suggestion is to contact Godaddy and ask them to restore a previous backup for you. Then, install an anti malware plugin on your Wordpress sites and do a scan for infected code. Also remove your Wordpress footprints if you haven't already. The version in the head and all that. A quick Google search should find a function or something to do that for you. All the best.

I have same problem with 3 of my sites. All are hosted on godaddy. Last 2 hours I can't access it wp admin page. I doubt all 3 sites are hacked. It's probably some wordpress.org issue. Do you also use go daddy? I'm getting "The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading." error.

    In a bright place---------------------------------
Since April there has been an intensive, worldwide, attack on WP sites. The attack consists of brute force login attempts to the wp-login.php pages and appears to come from a b0tnet (a massive network of robot computers = bots). The bots are infected computers, and the "word" out there is that hackers are trying to use their botnets to gain control of thousands of servers, in order to then mount much greater attacks on God-knows-what...

If you search G for "WP b0tnet attack", without the quotes, and changing the 0 (number) after the b for an o (letter) you will see all the references to it. A LOT of hosts have published articles and have set up systems which block WP logins across their customer's accounts, for protection, and I suspect this might be going on at GD now, and may be what's affecting you.

The attack slowed down a bit, but then started up again. Personally, I have made all the wp-login.php pages unreachable on my own VPS and hosting accounts, as I'm the single user on the sites (I don't allow member registrations/logins), using instructions found on the web (happy to post them if people want), and am STILL seeing over a thousand attempts to hit each page daily...

Your best bet at the moment, is to do as others suggested, and hit up GD support. They will know if they have done this for ALL WP sites hosted with them, as an interim measure, or whether it's just you affected, and they will also know how to help you.

    GL!
