For all that people rave about Wordpress, it's so much more difficult to use than Blogger. I can do things in Blogger that are so easy and with Wordpress it's a huge chore.
I'm referring to a self-hosted blog BTW, not Wordpress.com.
Anyway, now that I've finished my rant, here's what I'm trying to do.
I'm creating a Wordpress blog that I am going to be charging a fee to access.
Inside the blog are going to be internet marketing audio and video tutorials that are MRR products. There are going to be 30 of them. One for each day of the week. Once people pay the fee, they'll be put on my list and mailed a link to access a course each day. They'll also be able to download the full product with MRR.
Ok, now you know what I'm doing. Here's my issue.
I need to know how to embed SWF videos into the posts.
Now, I know that I can upload the videos to my web server and then just put links in the posts that wil open them, and that's fine for most of the courses.
However, I'm also providing premium content and for some of those I need to be able to embed the SWF or FLV videos right into the posts so that when the visitor lands on the post, they can press play and watch the video. I've tried the tools that Wordpress offers from the posting console, and al they do is put a link in the post, which is useless.
I've also uploaded the Kimilli plug-in, but can't seem to get it to work.
Does anyone know how to do this? Or can provide me the best solution?
