WordPress Header Needs Work...

I need someone who has vast experience with WordPress who can change a couple things within a header for me. The new header needs secondary menu's so that the current menu is not as cluttered. Also the menu within the header needs some color editing so its more appealing. I am willing to pay $30 for the job and need this completed by tonight if possible.
