I need more information. What is the url of the site? Have you changed anything between when it was working correctly and now? Did you host upgrade any aspect of the hosting package?

Perhaps you don't have the .htaccess

I would start first by checking those possible problems. Log into domain and check that your index file is there (and that it isn't corrupted), check your file permissions, then check the .htaccess.

If all that looks then for wp I usually do a search at wordpress.org/support/ or at wpforums.com

These things are usually something very simple, but frustrating as hell untill you find it.

    1. just delete the .htaccess file.
    2. Access your site again
    3. If you still cant, login using FTP and check for a file named index.php
    4. If it is there, go and check (using ftp) settings.php, check file paths
    5. if the index file is not there, re-install wordpress using the current SQL file details (username, password, table prefix etc)

    Your site will be online
