I currently don't support Paypal due to people purchasing the plugin, using the plugin, and then filing for a charge-back because of how easy it is through Paypal, which costs $20 per incident.

I might consider using another payment processor which has better protection for things like that if anyone has any suggestions.

Hey, the issue with people doing chargebacks isn't with the functionality of the plugin or support. Anyone who's bought the plugin will tell you that I take time to answer and help everyone out.

The issue is with people doing charge-backs claiming 'fraudulent use', basically saying their credit card/Paypal info was stolen. This was obviously not the case because they used the same email when getting the API key, and scheduled hundreds, thousands and even TENS of thousands of comments on my server (you know who you are). They were all scheduled and approved without issue, and then came the chargeback. I sent in the evidence and am waiting for a review from Stripe now.

I'm creating a password protected product variation which will allow checkout through Paypal.

I'll pm you the link + password to that.

If anyone else would like to purchase this plugin via Paypal, just send me a private message and I'll send you the link to that product variation.

I'm doing this so I know the person buying it is a BHW member, and more than likely can be trusted.

Anyone else having issues today with the plugin? When I enter my API key it's not working, it was working fine before.

VPS provider restarted the VPS due to a migration and server stability. Was out of my control but sorry for the downtime.

I just restarted all services, so everything should be good now.

UPCOMING UPDATE

You'll soon be able to do multi-line and multi-paragraph comments in bulk. No more one comment per line! It'll still function perfectly with comments, replies, replies to replies and scheduling!

I'll be releasing the update later on tonight after some more testing. Update will be available from the Wordpress plugins area. If it doesn't show up automatically, just click 'Check for updates'.

Update now available.

You can now use new lines in comments! Just wrap the entire block you want to be one comment in square brackets [ ], and it'll be treated as one comment instead of multiple comment lines!

For example:

[This is one comment.
This is the same comment.

This is also the same comment]
This is a new comment
[This is another new comment
Part of same comment]
>This is reply to above comment

This allows you to use paragraphs/multiple line spaces now!

I have been using WP Comment booster for a while now and this plugin is a must-have for new sites to create engagement and a small boost in SEO!

Everything is working as intended and the support has been fantastic.

I requested a few new features and all of them has been implemented in an update. Talk about value for money!
