You'll need a license key mailed to you, don't bother with the key on the dl page

Why should you use this if you can use WPMU? it would be a gtreat tool if it would work over new domains, but for subdomains i ratter use WPMU

I agree but some folks only have shared hosting and there's no way they can use Mu. Just trying to save them some time.
