    Hey guys,

I've got a bit of a puzzler. I have a main site with about 22 pages, I decided to add extra content but for ease-of-use, i installed a wordpress blog into a subfolder of the same domain called "news"

On all the 22 pages, I have a link to http://mydomain.com/news/

but for some reason the search engines can't spider the new content. All settings in the wp blog are set to visible etc so what could be the problem?

check your rel=canonical. Make sure it's setup right because sometimes your theme's canonical conflicts with that of wordpress's
