    We have been patient, it's been two days. Not being funny but come on... two days is pretty long considering we just paid them as well.
    You're not a business if you ignore your customers on the weekends, sorry, this is my personal view since it's unethical.

    Mr Cracker if you work 24/7 that's your choice. Complaining others don't makes me wonder if you're really from Mars.
    Checked their site.
    I don't feel like your issue is that important that someone has to reply on a weekend. But this is my personal view.

    24/7, jeeze, I guess you did not read the thread before posting then.

    Then your view is flawed since we can not use the service we paid for.
