WooCommerce, Shopify and Big Commerce, which I should choose to start ?

Shopify and Big Commerce is very expensive from theme to plug-in.

WooCommerce is easy to start, just get a $50 theme with some free plugin like Yoast SEO, WP-ZINC, but if I use Paypal, it aggressively to hold fund, or bias to buyers dispute (if any)

what are comments in Shopify and Big Commerce, from payment to overall expense ?

I recommend starting with WooCommerce, as it's more robust and can be tweaked to suit your needs.
Let me know which WooCommerce theme you're looking for, and I will be happy to upload it here.
 
I have been working with WooCommerce for +5 years, trying to use an old PayPal maybe?
If your customers work with crypto then use a crypto plugin integrated with WooCommerce
 
Shopify provides dropshipping tools by using those we can import easily products and proper suppliers track in case of wordpress it's very hard

Big Commerce is a very bad product. It's a low low level ecommerce platform. I used it many time for customers but it's a very low level platform. If you use Big Commerce prepare you for many bugs, difficulty, also for easy task like Google Tag Manager integration, Googl ANalytics integration, Google Shopping and SEO activities.
 
Got Shopify Plus, tried Woo and Big Commerce both for us did not have half the features but be prepared to try all 3 and give the basic plans a road test and see what works for your business.
 
If you plan on a long scale business, woo commerce is far better. The reason is from a scale to SEO friendly website, wordpress is "Clean". Second thing to do as I learnt from my experience, you can do anything on a wordpress/woocommerce site by design/products/seo/coding. It may be more expensive or time taking in some things, but wordpress is greater than other platforms. My humble opinion.
