Is there any plugin in woocommerce or process to create a dropdown option in checkout that allows the buyer to select the institution to donate? I want to keep track of every sale % and give the % info to each of the institutions in the back office. Each institution should have a different login to access an check the sales % corresponding to them. Example: The store has 20 products. The user chooses one and in the checkout page, he can choose and select the institution to revert the fixed % to donate(the % to donation should not appear just the institution's name). Then, each institution accesses its own login and can check the sales related to them. Is there any plugin able to do it? Or any easy way to do it? Thanks

There are several plugins to split payments on woocommerce, contact me if you can't find any. If you want to make the donation optional you would have to create a "ghost" product for different kind of donation, you can show a callout on the checkout to make the donation optional yet appealing. There's a plugin that adds a CTA on Woocommerce's checkout but I can't seem to find it right now.

Thank you for your reply. I couldn't find the right plugin for this.
The donation will be the same in every product. Each 5% of the sales will be donated.
I want to add a dropdown field at checkout for clients to choose which institution to donate. Also, I want to show the number of sales to each institution when they log in.

You may need to hire a developer in order to get exactly what you need. Here's a good starting point: https://rudrastyh.com/woocommerce/checkout-upsell-and-cross-sell.html

One of the ways to achieve what you're looking for is creating an hidden product for each institution and then splitting the payments to donate the 5%. Since each donation will be connected to a product you will be able to use the usual breakdowns you see on Woocommerce. If you need to share this data you can set up custom roles on Wordpress (start from shop manager and remove some permissions) and create a custom dashboard with Woocommerce widgets related to each institution's product. There may be a better way to do all of this, these are just my two cents.
