    Hey guys,

want to tell you guys, even if your website is in the sandbox, there is an way out :)

I was in now for 2-3 months, shortly after using the angela´s backlinks... I already gave up that website... But it was my big love, so I was keep on building backlinks... It wasn´t the google dance because as I already sayed, I was in for 2-3 months...

I was on #120 for my keyword... So today, after i checked the SERPS, I´ve seen that I´m on #18 :)

It´s an keyword wich gets 60.000 searches a month, so I never thought I would even rank for that in the top100...

Maybe I will get in the top10 soon :)

So keep on building backlinks and never gave up!

    • Thanks Thanks x 2

Woo I found out that I turned off the Joomla handbrake :O

For some reason, yesterday I turned off the "Use global meta description" and "Use global meta keywords"... And today I ranked immediately very good! Maybe that was the reason for that "Sandbox" or "filter" ???

I turned that off because I´ve seen that an site of my website has the same description in the rankings than the home page... So I turned it off... was an good idea :)

It goes to show that sandboxed websites come out eventually and quite often have better rankings.

I believe what you said is true.

I think that Google sandboxes a site to see if the webmaster will still work on it. if the webmaster does than Google over a time frame will release it.

Yep, it seems like all those links that you built over the course of the sandbox really did boost your site up a lot. Don't be too cocky though, keep building links as your rankings might drop a bit after the inital boost.

    Congratulation,

I experienced this several times. and usually the site have been hit sandboxed, when the site is out of the sandboxed, that site will have a better ranking in SERPs.

so when our site get sandboxed, we must continue to create backlinks and update content.

    Good Work Dude

good job man, very happy for you. It is good to get encouraging experience for guys on the verge of giving up. Just keep on doing what you are doing and you'll be fine, heck even better than fine :) with 60K searches.
In general IMO sandboxes happen due to unusual activity, as many shady characters will turbo charge their exposure, and look for short term gain, G will give you brake if they notice you keep on working on the site.

    Not really no :D

But I build only spam links in forum signatures, blog comments... But I also answer questions on an site like yahoo ask (or how is it called?) but it´s an german site. And the links are ********... I also write articles and post them but till now I only wrote 3-4 artricles...

So, my question is, what should I do now to increase my rankings? Have I seeriously buy some high PR backlinks? I´ve never bought any backlink but I´ve seen that the #1 page has a few payed links...

The WORST what can happen is 6 months sandbox (for low quality sites)..otherwise people report 3 months. So..for the majority of users you need to wait 3 months....just use the time to build BL and add good content.

This is great to hear! A couple of my sites are in google sandbox and I was a bit unsure that building links constantly gets you out. Thanks for sharing this :) Hopefully I will be out soon too!

Yes, you got to watch the serps daily, even if it´s in the sandbox... As I already sayed, I love my website, was my first website and I invested so much time and love into it, so I never gave it up, even though I was in the sandbox...

So 1-2 weeks ago, I get an PR2 for it (after 6 months) and now as I sayed, it´s out of the sandbox... So keep on building backlinks and keep on loving your website and hard work :)
