Wky ping redirection give better relsutls than ping blogger ?

Hi to all,

Just want to know i test today only ping in rss bollger messages more than 300 visits no downloads
and when i use redirections and promote in rss i get minimum 5 downloads per day
why please what's the trouble with blog and ping and of course blogger (messages are always the same all time i ping and redirections change each time is that the good way please?)
