I recently came accross a company http://www.3gdirectpay.com/ that purports to withdraw funds from Paypal to a debit card. If anyone has information about this company I would love to know.

I would like to know if this is even possible to withdraw funds from paypal through a third party. How does 2checkout do it and which other companies do it.

Please understand that we are talking about a country where Paypal withdrawals is only through a US bank account. What is the risk in withdrawing funds through buying for non-existent products or services from third parties like the one above?

Thanks for the offer to withdraw. That is not my current problem. I have 2 clients from that area and I need to give them good info about this. I just haven't been able to figure out how Paypal allows them to withdraw funds for others.
