Yes I have read your post but using the card to verify the paypal account is a different matter. Some VCC are able to verify a Paypal account while others cannot. That's why I'm asking if your card can verify a Paypal account or not

As I already mentioned, my cards are only for US, but I think you know you can't verify Paypal US with the power of a card, or SSN or bank
 
After withdrawing money from Paypal to this card, how can I get the money out into cash?
